Pyramid Scams List – Avoid Them!

The Essential Pyramid Scams List

If you’re looking at investment and business opportunities, you will want to show some caution. While there are a number of excellent opportunities out there, there are also some dangerous scams. That is why you need a Pyramids Scams list handy!

One of the main kind of scams you will want to avoid are pyramid schemes. Pyramid schemes take advantage of people in order to bring profits to the top people at the companies.

It can be hard to detect pyramid schemes. Thankfully, there are steps that you can take if you want to avoid these sorts of scams. All of the companies on this list have been accused of being pyramid schemes. You should avoid them if you can!

USANA Health Sciences

The products that this company offers are very appealing. A lot of people love the idea of selling vitamins and supplements. However, this company has been accused being a pyramid scheme by financial experts.

A number of people have lost money because of USANA Health Sciences. If you want to hold on to your money, you may want to stay far away from this company.

This company, which sells supplements and skin care products, has faced a lot of controversy. Many people have made accusations against them.

The FTC is currently investigating Herbalife, as is the Department of Justice. Even if you like the products that Herbalife sells, you should stay away from them until after these investigations have been resolved.

Amway is one of the most profitable direct selling firms in the entire world. Because of this, a lot of people have a favorable view of the company.

While the FTC ruled that Amway was not a pyramid scheme back in 1979, things have changed since then. In 2010, the company lost a major class action lawsuit. They had to repay more than 10 million dollars to the people that had paid for their products.

If you want to avoid lawsuits, then avoiding Amway is a very good idea.

Mary Kay

Mary Kay is a well-established make-up company, and their reputation is generally positive. Most people have encountered a woman that sells Mary Kay products at one point or another.

However, things at Mary Kay may be more contentious than they seem. Journalists have said that Mary Kay’s business practices are similar to the practices of a pyramid scheme. At the time of writing, the FTC has yet to release an official statement on Mary Kay.

If you decide to sell Mary Kay products, you should show some caution. Be careful about how much you invest into their products. Don’t spend much money on Mary Kay unless you are sure that you will be able to earn that money back.

This list only includes a few major companies that are suspected of being pyramid schemes. However, it is important to remember that there are a lot of scams out there. When you are looking at investment and business opportunities, you should be cautious. Do some research before you move forward with any investment plans.
